Nejang Immersion  – A journey to self-healing

Nejang Yoga is a traditional Tibetan yoga practice that aims to purify and balance the physical, energetic, and mental aspects of one’s being. The word “Nejang” literally means “cleaning the energy sites” and it consists of 24 movements that are accompanied by a specific breathing technique.

The practice of Nejang Yoga is believed to have originated from  the Kalachakra Tantra and the ancient Tibetan medical system, which views the body and mind as an integrated whole. By performing the movements and breathing exercises, practitioners can clear any blockages or imbalances in the body’s energy channels, which in turn can help to promote healing and prevent illness.

Some of the benefits associated with regular practice of Nejang Yoga include increased flexibility, improved circulation and digestion, reduced stress and anxiety, and enhanced mental clarity and focus. The practice can be done by people of all ages and fitness levels and can be easily adapted to suit individual needs and abilities.
